Salary package:$107,850 - $113,252 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Fixed term (until December 2028)

Position overview

The Senior Client Computing Officer plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the University’s digital workspace environment. Reporting to the Manager Digital Workspaces, the position is responsible for managing and maintaining the University’s fleet of endpoint devices across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android platforms. The role oversees configuration management tools including Intune, MECM, JAMF and Workspace ONE to ensure secure, reliable and efficient device management services across the institution.

The position undertakes system administration activities including configuration, installation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and integration of hardware and software systems across servers, workstations and mobile devices. The Senior Client Computing Officer works closely with business areas, IT teams and external service providers to deliver innovative technology solutions, coordinate releases and resolve technical issues. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, strengthen security, maintain software currency and support the evolving needs of ANU’s digital workplace environment.
