The role
Crown Towers Sydney is looking for an exceptional hospitality professional to join as a Part-time Butler. Working in Sydney's most luxurious property, you'll deliver elevated levels of service that exceed all expectations for our VIP & Villa guests, as well as our on-site residents of One Barangaroo. We're looking for someone who is meticulously detail-oriented and is passionate about providing bespoke guest and resident experiences that are second-to-none.

- The main point of contact for all VIP guests and residents during their stay
- Providing tailored and personalised services for our guests and VIPs
- Anticipating, managing and fulfilling individual needs and requirements
- Ensuring the Villas are well maintained and presented for guests, including special requests, preferences and arrangements are efficiently managed
- Planning and coordinating F&B services, as well as offering the facilities and events available on-property
- Partnering with key stakeholders, including Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, F&B, Maintenance, Security, etc
You’ll bring:
- Additional language skills such as Mandarin or Cantonese are highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role at a premium or luxury venue
- Exceptional stakeholder and customers relations skills, with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to use technology and be adaptable to different software applications
- Strong time management, organisational and communication skills
- A current RSA certificate (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- Able to work across a 24/7 roster when required
