We’re seeking experienced Chef de Partie professionals to manage a kitchen section, maintain five‐star standards and support a smooth, high‐quality service. Experience in Western cuisine is highly desirable.
About the role
- Prepare, cook and present high‐quality dishes to Crown Perth standards
- Manage your section during service, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Follow recipes, food safety, HACCP and hygiene requirements
- Support stock control, minimise waste and maintain clean work areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members
About you
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ post‐apprenticeship experience
- Strong section management and technical cooking skills
- Experience in Western cuisine is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
- Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
- Positive, professional team player
