Partner with clinicians, medical specialists and hospital leaders to create compelling philanthropic opportunities aligned to health innovation, clinical excellence, patient experience and equipment needs.

10+ years’ senior experience in philanthropic fundraising, business development or related roles within complex not-for-profit or corporate environments

Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience), with CASE or FIA training and membership of the Fundraising Institute of Australia

Proven ability to deliver income targets, KPIs and strategic outcomes, including leading complex projects or programs

Senior level experience in large, multi-streamed organisations, with a collaborative, cross functional working style

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the credibility and presence to engage senior stakeholders and donors Experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropic planning, ideally within not-for-profit, health or community services sectors (Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with an understanding of government, business and organisational drivers (
