Position Description

Classification: Senior Manager 1

Salary: $138,182 - $144,783 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Terms: Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)

Position Overview

The Manager of the Integrity Office reports to the University Integrity Officer and manages the day-to-day operation of the Integrity Office’s intake, triage, referral, coordination, monitoring and reporting processes. The position works under broad direction and exercises judgement in the assessment, classification and escalation of sensitive, complex or higher-risk matters.

The Manager, Integrity Office works closely with stakeholders across the University, including Human Resources, Student Conduct and Appeals, Research Integrity, Legal, Governance and Risk, Information Technology, Colleges and Service Divisions, and other relevant risk owners. The role liaises with Case Contact Officers and/or function owners to support consistent and timely handling of matters, contributes to coordination across multiple policy areas, and supports the University Integrity Officer through the preparation of reporting, analysis and insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums.

The ideal Candidate will have extensive experience demonstrating strong outreach, assurance and data focus, and an ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and their teams, including Human Resources, Student Conduct and Appeals, Research Integrity, Legal, Governance and Risk, and Information Technology, as well as Colleges and Service Divisions and the Chief Planning, Data and Analysis Officer.
