The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Functions Manager to join our catering operations on a full‐time basis. In this role, you’ll be the key driver behind delivering exceptional function and event experiences, while also supporting the wider commercial operation.

Key duties

• Work with the Site Manager & Catering team to ensure accurate function delivery
• Coordinate a small and dedicated team
• Ensure all functions are delivered at an impeccable standard
• Responsible for the planning, management, implementation and successful delivery of events for the yearly events calendar.

The Person

• Previous experience working within a functions environment
• Develops effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and locations
• Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Will have great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Working with children check required or willing to obtain
