We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Portfolio Administrator to support the RIA Portfolio Execution team and help us deliver quality outcomes across our project portfolio. In this role, you’ll administer core people and financial processes, support key team rhythms and governance forums, and provide key support to EM in all aspects of running the function —helping keep our large, fast‐moving portfolio running smoothly. In this max term role, based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), you’ll enjoy variety, collaboration and being the go‐to person who brings structure and clarity to complex work.
This role is a great opportunity for recent university graduates looking to build hands‐on experience in a complex, enterprise‐scale project and portfolio environment.
What You'll Do• Administration of people processes including onboarding, offboarding, system access, travel, timesheeting etc
• Financial processes and administration —reconciliations, POs, SOWs, invoices, expenses, and cost recovery practices
• Support logistics and material preparation for team rhythms and governance forums i.e. agendas, reports
• Maintenance of portfolio documentation, distribution lists, communication channels
• Other administrative support as required to the EM
• Strengthen portfolio discipline through effective controls and process consistency
What You'll Bring
• Strong organisation and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication
• Experience in corporate teams and following structured processes
• Proficient with core tools (Microsoft, Atlassian) and financially literate
• Curious, proactive and eager to understand people and processes
• Able to manage sensitive information with strong governance focus
