Join our team as a Personal Lines Underwriting Assistant. You will support a mix of underwriting and remediation tasks. This is a 12 month max-term full-time role based at our Eight Mile Plains office in Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Respond to remediation queries from customers and internal stakeholders
• Capture, validate, and update customer and policy details accurately across systems
• Conduct renewal reviews and low risk assessments
• Process minor manual remediation activities
• Update policies including endorsements and corrections
• Issue customer correspondence and letters following policy or remediation updates
• Perform basic policy administration tasks, including record maintenance and adjustments

What You'll Bring

• Experience within the insurance industry is essential
• Remediation exposure is desirable
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable and have excellent time management skills
