Nestled in the Gawler East hills with views overlooking our charming regional town, our contemporary resort-style residence, offers a welcoming atmosphere underpinned by compassionate and personalised care.

About the Role:

  • 12-Months Fixed-Term contract, with potential of a permanent position
  • Permanent Part-Time, 60 hours per fortnight
  • $41.46 - $50.30 base per hour, (dependant on Experience)
  • Penalty rates for weekends & public holidays, 12% Superannuation
  • Model leadership skills and support/coach and supervise the care team, including mentorship as required
  • Follow WHS standards/safe work practices

What You'll Need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous clinical experience (aged care desirable)
  • Knowledge of the aged care industry and regulations
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent clinical knowledge, particularly to aged care related health issues
