At Crown Perth, our mission is to create remarkable guest experiences through exceptional service. We’re looking for a self‐motivated Part‐Time TAB Operator who can confidently work autonomously and thrive in a fast‐paced gaming environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with all TAB products, including instruction on self‐service machines
  • Accurately processing TAB tickets, handling cash, balancing tills, and completing opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining presentation standards of the TAB area while supporting stock control requirements
  • Promoting positive guest relations and delivering timely, professional service at all times

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine passion for customer service, with initiative and the ability to perform under pressure and work unsupervised
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, with strong attention to detail and confidence handling large sums of cash
  • Flexibility to work across a 7‐day rotating roster (including evenings) and availability to work Melbourne Cup (essential)
  • Experience operating TAB terminals (highly regarded but not essential)
