Job description
| Notice: WA Health has transitioned to a new online recruitment system, Corporate Recruitment Advertising Management System (CRAMS), which has replaced the previous system, Recruitment Advertising Management System (RAMS). If this is your first application using this new platform, then an account will be automatically registered for you as you submit your first application. This platform, and your user account, is separate to the retired RAMS platform, and therefore requires different log in details. If you have any questions or difficulties, please direct your queries to the contact person listed on the job advert that brought you to this site. Casual recruitment is managed by the Operations Hub Nurse Manager (NM) in partnership with the East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) Talent Acquisition Team (TAT). This is the RPBG Casual Nursing Pool Internal Recruitment Pathway. Existing RPBG staff members wanting to resign from their permanent / fixed term contract and join the casual pool can apply through this Internal Pathway. Applications must be submitted via the link on RPBG Corporate and Casual Nursing Pool Hub page. Permanent staff members wanting to work casually while on their 2nd / 3rd year of UNPAID parental leave are also required to submit an application via this pathway. This pool acts as a waitlist and applications will be assessed on a monthly basis in order of application submission date. This pathway will be managed by the Operations Hub Nurse Manager. Please note; * Applicants are NOT guaranteed a position in the Casual Nursing Pool. * We cannot confirm when a casual position will become available and will rely on future resignations. Applications will be made successful on a "1 in 1 out" basis. * Staff on UNPAID maternity leave will be prioritised over other applications to align with the requirements of the award. * We are unable to accommodate fast tracked contracts, or "queue skipping" to line up with termination dates. * Managers may request applicants will specialised, in demand skills to be prioritised. Please contact the Nurse Manager to discuss. Please note, existing part time permanent RPBG staff wishing to pick up casual shifts are NOT eligible to apply through this pool but are still eligible for ShiftMatch access. Please have your current manager contact the Nurse Manager to request access (we will not accept requests from staff members as we require approval from your manager). Applicants that do not currently work for RPBG will need to apply via the RPBG Casual Nursing Pool External Recruitment Pathway. Vacancies will be advertised when deemed necessary by the Nurse Manager on WA Government Jobs. This recruitment will be managed by the Talent Acquisition Team (TAT). If there are no current vacancies advertised on WA Government Jobs, then there are no current vacancies to fill and we cannot accept any new applications. filler | | | | |
