About the Company:

Australian Garnet owns the Lucky Bay garnet mine, which has a mine life of 30 years. We are an owner miner with our own fleet of mining equipment, have a fully operational processing plant, packaging plant and 7 wind turbines, construction was completed approximately 18 months ago and is located 30 kilometers from Kalbarri.

Residential  role, based in Kalbarri, Northampton or Geraldton working 7 days 7 nights and 7 days off roster.

FIFO – 2/1 roster from Perth - 7 days 7 nights and 7 days off roster.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

• Operate and maintain the Control Room.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with continuous improvement of plant process control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

What you need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in mining
• Minimum 6 months’ demonstrated experience performing a plant control room, preferably in a mining environment.
• Current driver’s license (HR or C class).
• Must be able to provide a national police check and complete a pre-employment medical.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Willingness to work in a residential setting with a rotating roster.
