The Role

We're seeking a motivated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across bar, Reception, gaming, and functions. You'll lead a energetic team, ensure excellent service, and uphold compliance standards. This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Whether you have previous Duty Manager experience or you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Need

• Hospitality leadership experience or readiness to step up.

• Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality leadership experience is required.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.

• Current RSA and RSG (RCG desirable).

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen.
