We’re Looking For

An experienced People and Culture Business Partner based in the Melbourne office who is passionate about enabling leaders, shaping culture and delivering impactful people strategies that support business growth and performance on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Do

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to a General Manager and their leadership team, partnering closely to deliver people strategies that enable high performance, engagement and an inclusive culture.

You will sit within the People and Culture function and form part of the functional business unit leadership team, playing a critical role in aligning workforce strategies to business objectives and supporting the delivery of Stockland’s enterprise people and culture programs.

This role exists to coach leaders, strengthen leadership capability, support transformational change and ensure our people experience continues to evolve in line with Stockland’s strategy. Through your partnership, you will help shape the future workforce, support business growth and contribute to creating better places and experiences for everyone.

About You

You are passionate about partnering with leaders to make a real difference through people and culture. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy influencing at a senior level and are motivated by the opportunity to shape culture, capability and performance across the business.

Experience & Skills That Count

  • Proven experience in a People and Culture or HR business partnering role, ideally within property or professional services
  • Strong technical capability across the full employment lifecycle, including performance, remuneration, talent and succession
  • Experience working in ER and IR environments with sound judgement and confidence
  • Demonstrated involvement in transformational change initiatives, including organisational design or operating model change
  • Tertiary qualification in social sciences, economics, psychology or a related discipline
