About the role

Client Services Officer is an integral member of the Calvary home Care team, being the first point of contact for clients, their carers and our support workers in the community. The role is a full-time, fixed term role, based in Deakin ACT. Hours are Monday to Friday with a combination of both 8am and 9am starts.

Your main duties will include:

  • Scheduling client services
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Liaise with clients, carers and internal team members

About you

  • Home or community care experience desirable
  • Experience with rostering or scheduling preferred
  • Good communication and time management
  • Experience in an office or administration role beneficial
  • Confident and pleasant phone manner
