The Position

• Location: Penrith suburb of Emu Plains
• 2.1 kilometres from Emu Plains station
• Chef duties: Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
• Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

The Person

• HACCP Food handling experience
• Previous experience working in the Health Care sector is highly favourable
• Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
• Ability to work autonomously
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery
• Available to work full-time
• Willing to obtain a National Police Check
