As Principal, HR Business Partnering, you will play a critical role in shaping a high-performance, future-ready workforce. Partnering closely with senior leaders across Corporate Services, you will design and deliver strategic people plans aligned to enterprise priorities, enabling strong business outcomes and an exceptional employee experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing commercial and strategic HR counsel, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving key transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in complexity, influences at the executive level, and is passionate about building capability, culture, and performance at scale. This is a 12-month max-term full-time role commencing in late September/early October and based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional people strategies aligned to organisational priorities
- Deliver and embed enterprise-wide People & Culture initiatives and transformation programs
- Provide strategic, commercial HR advice and coaching to drive performance, capability and engagement
- Influence workforce planning, talent strategies and capability uplift for future readiness
- Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and shape the employee experience
- Identify and lead key people initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness
- Support and coach HR peers, contributing to uplift across the broader HR function

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into practical action
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in dynamic environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
