Position overview

The Employability and Systems Engagement Coordinator play an integral role in the maintenance of the Careers Management System and the Placement Management System in the Careers and Employability team.

Supported by the Deputy Manager, Employability and Engagement Operations, the Employability and Engagement Systems Coordinator will provide guidance and assistance to staff in optimising the use of the Careers Management System and the Placement Management System and to assist with the resolution of technical issues relating to the systems. They will be the first-point-of-contact support for the systems and provide guidance and assistance to students and staff. They will also provide data analysis to support KPI measurement, decision-making and statutory reporting against NPILF indicators for ANU Careers & Employability, contributing into the Work Integrated Learning portfolio, the Employability Framework and other strategic priorities.

The Learning and Teaching portfolio supports the achievement of strategic University learning and teaching goals, particularly in relation to excellence and innovation in curriculum, learning and teaching, academic digital infrastructure, and careers and employability.

The ANU Careers & Employability team develops and coordinates the provision of services, programs and activities designed to enhance and enrich the employability and university experience of all students. The team works in partnership with central and College staff on curricular and co-curricular programs designed to equip students to transition into successful and rewarding careers as future-ready graduates.
