In the role of Senior Consultant, operational Resilience, you will work closely with the Head of Governance Program Execution, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

  • Ability to operationalise the internal operating model.
  • Triage, prioritise and allocate work across team, managing turnaround time and expectations.
  • Working understanding of operational resilience, product ownership, business continuity and incident reporting.
  • Promoting and communicating the services provided by the team across NAB, targeting identified stakeholder groups.​
  • Strong discipline around data accuracy, version control and traceability.

You’ll bring to this role:

  • Extensive professional experience in Financial Services required, with a background in execution, high volume, high impact work.
  • Deep working knowledge of customer due diligence expectations and understanding of the banking ecosystem, including critical banking services such as payments, lending and deposit-taking, and/or risk types such cyber-security and business continuity.
  • Experience in Executive-level stakeholder management as well as developing artefacts for Executive and Board-level consumption.
  • Prior experience managing compliance against Prudential Regulations in Financial Services.
  • Prior work experience in either 1st or 2nd Line Risk Management or Compliance.
