The Role

We’re currently seeking a dedicated overnight Cook to join our In Room Dining kitchen team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, with a focus on high-quality food preparation and presentation.

About You

• Must be able to work overnight shifts
• Experience working as a cook in a fine dining or hotel setting is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Flexible availability to work any shift within a 24/7 schedule
