Your opportunity
Reporting into the Enterprise Applications and Platforms Manager, this role supports the day‐to‐day performance, stability and continuous improvement of business‐critical applications across Anglicare.
With integrity and a service‐focused mindset, you will:
- Provide level 2/3 support for enterprise applications, ensuring availability, performance and reliability
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve application incidents and problems in line with agreed service levels
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to manage upgrades, patches and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configuration changes
- Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and efficiency
- Ensure applications are supported in line with Anglicare’s governance, security and ways of working
What you’ll bring
You’re a collaborative and technically capable Application Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business to deliver reliable, user‐focused systems.
You will also need:
Demonstrated experience in an Application Analyst or similar application support role
Strong experience providing level 2/3 application support within a complex environment
Experience working with third‐party vendors and managed service providers
Sound understanding of application lifecycle management and change processes
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
Strong problem‐solving skills with a customer‐focused approach
Experience in not‐for‐profit, health, community or purpose‐led organisations is highly regarded
ITIL certified is highly desirable
