Your opportunity

Reporting into the Enterprise Applications and Platforms Manager, this role supports the day‐to‐day performance, stability and continuous improvement of business‐critical applications across Anglicare.

With integrity and a service‐focused mindset, you will:

• Provide level 2/3 support for enterprise applications, ensuring availability, performance and reliability
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve application incidents and problems in line with agreed service levels
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to manage upgrades, patches and enhancements
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configuration changes
• Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and efficiency
• Ensure applications are supported in line with Anglicare’s governance, security and ways of working

What you’ll bring

• You’re a collaborative and technically capable Application Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business to deliver reliable, user‐focused systems.

• You will also need:

• Demonstrated experience in an Application Analyst or similar application support role

• Strong experience providing level 2/3 application support within a complex environment

• Experience working with third‐party vendors and managed service providers

• Sound understanding of application lifecycle management and change processes

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders

• Strong problem‐solving skills with a customer‐focused approach

• Experience in not‐for‐profit, health, community or purpose‐led organisations is highly regarded

• ITIL certified is highly desirable
