The Opportunity

Opal HealthCare is opening up Expressions of Interest applications for our permanent, Relief General Manager roles in Victoria. These roles can cover from Warrnambool, All of Melbourne, across to Lakes Entrance in Gippsland. Opal HealthCare continuously takes new Relief General Managers applications throughout the year, to support and train up our next future General Managers! If you have been wanting to make a transition into the health sector, but haven’t had exposure previously, then this role is for you!

Our permanent, full-time, Relief General Manager roles are designed specifically for people who have limited/zero sector experience or limited management exposure looking to transfer your skills into the aged care sector. The role will have you supporting Western VIC & Melbourne Care Communities.

You will get exposure to leading a care community to provide high quality care and inspire the team to deliver on our purpose of "Bringing joy to those we care for."
