In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, Professional Services you will join a highly engaged Professional Services team, who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop, lead and execute business development strategy, for both existing and new to bank professional services customers.
  • Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
  • Support the delivery of the local area’s performance as measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Substantial experience in business, commercial or private banking, ideally with exposure to professional services customers.
  • A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions.
  • The ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other banking departments regarding debt products and deal structuring.
  • A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong capability in building both personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or related fields are highly desirable.
