KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Prepare, review, and revise a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, supplier agreements, and purchase contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements. •Proactively identify contractual and commercial risks, analyze critical clauses, and recommend modifications to protect the company's interests and minimize liability. •Support contract negotiations, clarify complex terms and obligations, resolve interpretive discrepancies, update contract if necessary, and streamline the execution and finalization of agreements. •Oversee end-to-end contract performance, verify compliance with terms across all parties, and process contract amendments, extensions, and terminations in a timely manner. •Establish and maintain precise, centralized contract documentation and filing systems, ensuring secure storage and efficient accessibility of fully executed agreements. •Prepare periodic contract performance reports, summarize critical indicators, and identify actionable improvement opportunities. •Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external parties regarding contract inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information. REQUIREMENTS •A tertiary qualification in Law, business, construction, or a related field. •Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator. •Impeccable attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. •Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
