Baker – Full-Time Opportunity

📍 Morisset Bakehouse, Morisset NSW

Morisset Bakehouse is growing, and we’re expanding our production and product range. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to join our friendly, hardworking team on a full-time basis. This role offers flexibility to support work-life balance while being part of a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Baker, you will play a key role in producing high-quality baked goods and maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strong production standards across all bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, rolls, pies, cakes, and other bakery items

• Follow established recipes, production schedules, and quality benchmarks

• Mix doughs, operate baking equipment, and manage baking times and temperatures

• Ensure all products meet high presentation standards before sale or display

• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at all times

• Assist with stock control, ingredient ordering, and daily bakery operations

• Contribute positively to team workflow and maintain a strong team culture

About You

• Relevant baking qualification or at least 1 year of commercial bakery experience

• Strong hands-on skills across bread, pastry, and general baking production

• Ability to work independently with effective time management

• Reliable, proactive, and a positive “can-do” attitude

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
