The Opportunity
The Inclusion Consultant supports the delivery of Crown’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, helping to embed inclusive practices across the organisation.
Partnering across People & Culture, business teams, employee networks and external partners, this role contributes to the delivery of enterprise and local inclusion initiatives. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for inclusion to influence practical outcomes in a large, complex and highly operational organisation.
Please note this is a Part Time position (3 days per week) and can be based in either of our Perth or Sydney properties.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design and delivery of Crown’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy and associated initiatives
- Coordinate and contribute to key programs, including gender equity initiatives, Respect@Work activities and Indigenous employment programs
- Partner with ERGs, People & Culture teams and business stakeholders to embed inclusive practices across the organisation
- Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting to inform priorities, track progress and support governance requirements
- Contribute to education, communication and engagement activities that build awareness and advocacy for inclusion
- Support external partnerships and ensure initiatives meet agreed objectives and reporting requirements
- Apply disciplined project and process management to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance inclusion practices and ways of working
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting or delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives within a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Sound project coordination, administration and reporting capability
- Confidence working with data to measure impact and inform decision making
- A proactive, curious and improvement focused mindset
- Ability to balance purpose driven work with operational and governance requirements
- Experience working in large, regulated or highly operational environments
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
