Compass Group & Delta FM are expanding our Facilities Maintenance team and creating 2 brand-new Site Support Services Administrator positions. These newly created roles will be in addition to our established Perth Office Team. The role will be full time permanent, Monday-to-Friday, with work-from-home flexibility once you are settled into the role.
$83,767.04 Gross Including Super
THE POSITION
- Workflow Coordination: Managing, tracking, and closing out maintenance work orders and service requests.
- Workforce Mobilisation: Mobilising new and returning personnel end to end, booking inductions, requesting flights.
- Workforce Planning: Rostering shifts, managing ad hoc and contingency labour requests, verifying timesheets, handling pay discrepancies.
- Trade & Supplier Liaison: Communicating with internal tradespeople, external contractors, and clients to coordinate schedules and site access, ordering parts and consumables.
- Data & Systems Management: Updating maintenance management systems, tracking job progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Compliance & Documentation: Assisting with job safety documentation, tracking compliance certificates, and processing job completions.
- General Admin Support: Assisting the wider Operations team with reporting, invoicing administration, and general ad-hoc tasks**.**
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within trades, mining, or facilities maintenance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to talk to both trades on the ground and corporate stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel & Sharepoint
- Desirable: prior experience using Pronto for maintenance scheduling, prior experience using Sitepass & LMS
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team attitude
