The role

We are seeking an innovative and creative Marketing Executive to join Crown Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our gaming products and services.

Working closely with the Gaming Marketing Management team, the Marketing Executive is involved in the ideation and development of the tactical marketing plan, the detailed design of promotions and offers in that marketing plan, and then the setup of those promotions and offers so that customers have a good experience when engaging with them.

  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance and drive customer engagement.
  • Implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including direct, digital, and social.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to deliver the marketing campaigns to market.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data analytics input to measure success and optimize strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming industry trends, consumer preferences, and marketing best practices

About you

  • Minimum 3-5 years Marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge across promotions, campaign management and memberships
  • Demonstrated experience in developing promotions and offers, and brainstorming and ideation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey messaging and present ideas
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and compliance regulations
