The Role
Assisting the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of our new and exciting Urban Food District operations, focusing on effective communication to further enhance the customer experience.
As the Supervisor, you’ll support the smooth delivery of daily service, mentor and guide a passionate Food & Beverage team across multiple outlets and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play an important role in upholding our high standards and maintaining food & beverage excellence.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Ensure that service levels to customers are of the standards required and customer satisfaction benchmarks are achieved at all times.
- Maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Seek and use customer feedback to improve provision of products/services and manage customer feedback.
- Lead and guide team members, while sharing your knowledge to upskill team members
- Forecast ahead of large events and ensure stock, staff and venue is prepared
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous experience working within a Supervisory position in a bar and restaurant environment
- Excellent time management
- Customer serviced focused with the want to learn and strive for excellence
To be successful, you’ll:
Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA
This role requires you to:
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime and evening
- Have previous supervisory experience in a high volume food & beverage environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire teams
- Hold full Australian working rights
