The role

The Loading Dock Operations team at Crown Sydney is seeking full‐time Warehouse Team Members to support its world‐class hospitality and resort operations.

In this hands‐on role, you will contribute to the day‐to‐day operational activities of the Warehouse Department, helping ensure stock is picked, replenished and delivered accurately, safely, and on time, while providing timely and courteous service to internal customers across the property.

Note: This role requires the successful candidate to hold a current LF Forklift Licence prior to commencement. Candidates who do not currently hold a licence may be considered, provided they are able to personally obtain their LF licence prior to their first day of employment.

Key duties will include

  • Picking, replenishing and dispatching stock accurately to meet delivery schedules, quality standards and internal customer requirements
  • Operating Manual Handling Equipment (MHE), including forklifts where licensed, to safely move and transport goods across the site
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels, storage areas and general warehouse housekeeping standards
  • Completing basic data entry, transport logs and other documentation in line with standard operating procedures
  • Identifying, reporting and responding to health and safety issues, and following CrownSAFE policies and procedures

About you

  • Previous warehousing or stores experience, ideally within a structured or fast‐paced environment
  • Comfortable with basic data entry and working with warehouse systems and transport logs
  • Experience working with internal customers and as part of a collaborative team
  • A strong understanding of, and commitment to, health and safety practices
  • Hold a current LF Forklift Licence, or be willing and able to obtain one prior to commencement

What we offer you

  • Fitted uniforms provided and laundered by Crown
  • Complimentary meals at the on‐site staff restaurant
  • Generous discounts across Crown hotels, restaurants and experiences Australia‐wide
  • Access to discounts with partners across travel, insurance, health and wellbeing, fashion, banking and finance, technology and parking
  • The opportunity to build a career with one of Australia’s most highly regarded luxury hospitality brands, within a workplace that values respect, inclusion and opportunity for all
