The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences and guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, we are committed to creating memorable and elevated hospitality experience. We are looking for Recreation Attendants to join our dynamic team at Crown Spa.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Welcoming guests to the pool deck, overseeing reception area, including retail duties.

• Monitoring the pool/gym areas ensuring safety measures are met and the area is clean.

• Attending to any linen needs, restocking towels and retrieving dry cleaning.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• First Aid Level 2 Certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011).

• Life Saving Victoria Pool Lifeguard Accreditation (SISSS00129).

• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotational roster, ranging from 5:30am to 10:00pm.
