Crown Towers Perth is the epitome of luxury hospitality, offering an exceptional five‐star experience for every guest. As a Front Office Clerk, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, creating memorable first and last impressions through seamless, professional service.

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrive in a fast‐paced, premium environment.

About the role

In this front‐facing overnight position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each guest journey is smooth, personalised, and memorable during our after‐hours operations. Supported by a strong operational team, you’ll gain valuable exposure within a world‐class luxury hotel environment while continuing to develop your hospitality career.

We currently have a part time opportunity offering 20-48 hours per fortnight across a rotating roster working overnight shifts only.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional check‐in and check‐out experiences
  • Assist guests with reservations, enquiries, and requests
  • Process accommodation payments accurately and efficiently
  • Create joyful, personalised moments through genuine guest interactions

About you

You’ll bring a warm, professional approach and a passion for service, along with:

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, tourism, or customer‐focused environments
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and pride in personal presentation
  • Previous experience in a front‐facing customer service role
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standard
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work overnights across a 24/7 rotating roster
