Looking to build a meaningful career in healthcare without being on the frontline? Medibank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Amplar Virtual GP team—helping deliver seamless, high-quality care to patients across Australia. The role is a casual role with 13 hours a week and some weekend work!

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll be the backbone of our virtual care service, managing customer enquiries, coordinating GP appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

💡 What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer inbox enquiries with care and efficiency
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual GP appointments
  • Support billing, invoicing, and timesheet reconciliation
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and documentation management
  • Work closely with clinical teams to keep services running smoothly
