About the Role

• Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver safe, high-quality care
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and clinical compliance
• Drive continuous improvement, audits, and quality initiatives
• Manage clinical risks, incidents, and governance frameworks
• Partner with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience leading clinical teams within aged care
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
• Proven capability in clinical governance and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
