Senior Finance & Administration Leadership Role in a Growing Business Streamline Energy Group (SEG) is a growing electrical and energy services company delivering commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across NSW. We are seeking an experienced Administration & Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function, strengthen internal systems, and support operational performance. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a commercially aware finance professional who values structure, accountability, and accuracy. We are open to structured school-hour arrangements for the right candidate, provided key responsibilities and performance outcomes are achieved. The Role Reporting directly to the Director, you will have full responsibility for: Cash flow management and daily banking oversight Accounts payable and receivable performance BAS, IAS, payroll tax and compliance management End-of-month financial reporting Weekly payroll processing Financial system accuracy (Simpro & accounting system reconciliation) Supporting Operations with job costing and financial controls You will play a critical role in protecting margins, improving debtor performance, and maintaining financial discipline across the business. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS Deliver accurate EOM financial reports within set deadlines Maintain strong internal financial controls Accounts & Compliance Manage debtor performance and reduce ageing Reconcile supplier statements and manage EFT runs Ensure payroll tax and Workers Compensation compliance Maintain accurate invoicing and payment allocation Payroll & HR Administration Weekly payroll processing Award compliance and annual updates Employee documentation and licence tracking RDO and on-call roster coordination Operational Support Assist with job costing accuracy Support scheduling and timesheet verification Maintain integrity of Simpro data Ensure office systems operate efficiently About You You will bring: ✔ 3 years' experience in a senior finance, accounts or administration management role ✔ Strong knowledge of BAS, payroll, and compliance obligations ✔ Experience managing cash flow and financial reporting ✔ High attention to detail and structured work habits ✔ Confidence working directly with business owners ✔ Experience in construction, electrical or trade-based industries highly regarded ✔ Simpro experience desirable Minimum education requirement of Certificate IV qualification. Bookkeeping certification is required for this position. Australian citizenship is required for this role.
