The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised Food & Beverage Administrative Coordinator to support the Office of the Executive General Manager – Food & Beverage.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant – Food & Beverage, you’ll coordinate key administrative and financial processes across the F&B portfolio. This is a fast-paced role combining high-volume invoice processing with executive support, ensuring accuracy, compliance and seamless operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end processing of high-volume F&B invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission
- Raise and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders to support efficient financial workflows
- Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable and outlet teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong financial controls
- Track and report invoice status to support cost visibility and monthly reporting cycles
- Provide administrative support to F&B leadership, including calendar management, meetings and documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, supporting communication, coordination and follow-ups across the function
You’ll Bring
- Proven administrative experience in a complex or high-volume environment
- Experience managing high-volume invoice processing or financial administration highly desired
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
- High attention to detail, with sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency in finance systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
