About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and motivated Demi Chef to be a key support to our kitchen leadership and help create incredible dining experiences for our residents on Saturdays and Sundays.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.

Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.

Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.

Step up and lead sections of the kitchen, developing your supervisory skills.

Contribute ideas to menus and help create a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.


What You'll Need:

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.

Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

A passion for food and a genuine desire to learn and take on more responsibility.

Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

Willingness to complete:

  • Pre-employment medical
  • Police check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
