As an Event Services Captain , you'll support our dedicated food and beverage team in crafting outstanding events that exceed guest expectations. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, you'll help ensure every detail runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.

A few of your responsibilities
- Support the Event Services Assistant Floor Manager to achieve the smooth operation of events, ensuring flawless coordination and delivery
- Lead a dedicated events team, fostering a collaborative and guest-centric environment
- Provide on-the-job support and development to the events team
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
