Make your mark as a Consultant, Motor Claims, where customer care, problem solving and service excellence come together. In this role, you’ll support customers through the motor claims journey, delivering exceptional service and helping customers feel supported when their mobility is impacted.

This is a permanent role with an initial 3–4 weeks of full-time training. The training period will be delivered in a hybrid format, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm Once training is completed, you’ll move onto a Tuesday to Saturday roster between 7:15am – 8:00pm. Attendance at the Parramatta office is mandatory one day per week as part of the role requirements.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service outcomes while managing motor claims enquiries and supporting customers through the claims process.

• Take ownership of the claims experience, resolving issues and delivering outcomes within agreed service standards.

• Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support positive customer outcomes.

• Plan and prioritise work effectively while contributing collaboratively to team goals and objectives.

• Meet key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Use sound judgement and decision-making skills to support quality customer and business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service and/or financial services environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

• High levels of empathy and a customer-first mindset.

• Confidence using technology and interacting across multiple systems and platforms.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Ability to think critically and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
