In the role of Senior Analyst, Distribution Analytics, you will be part of our Distribution Analytics team in the Personal Banking space who are doubling down on moving with speed.

The role is to provide key data and analytical insights for the Personal Banking domain.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of data solutions to the business problems arising out of PB.
A key component of the role is ongoing partnership with business stakeholders to shape and advance Personal Banking product and channel strategies across Proprietary Home Loans, Retail, Premier, and Broker Home Lending supported by strong, hands-on Power BI capability to translate business KPIs into actionable insights.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Strong business acumen for Proprietary Home Loan, Retail, Premier and Broker Home Loan banking and ability to translate the metrics into business value.
Extensive experience as a business analyst/lead in complex business settings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, PySpark with strong Power BI skills
Ability to present data in a graphical or pictorial format based on requirements using NAB’s visualisation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, Databricks Gen AI
Understand financial services data and able to understand data models and relationships to compile reporting and metrics.
