The Opportunity

As the Customer Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently setting up and maintaining data accuracy across key systems. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure that onboarding processes are smooth, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures. This position is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts in internal systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and system entry.
  • Assist with reporting and data updates as required.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders.

About you:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
