Your opportunity

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team based onsite at Crown Casino, you will provide both preventative and remedial maintenance across a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong and positive customer relationships. Day to day this means you will:

  • Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
  • Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

With our training program, you’ll gain the technical expertise you need - you don’t need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role.   • Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies
