About Us: Trico Services is a trusted provider of commercial fire services, refrigeration and air conditioning and electrical services. As we continue to expand our operations across NSW, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our brand presence. Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and manage our marketing strategies. This role is crucial for increasing brand awareness, generating leads for our fire services, refrigeration and air conditioning and electrical services and supporting our business growth. You will work closely with the management team to align marketing activities with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Trico fire services, refrigeration and air conditioning and electrical services • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook). • Create and manage content for the company website, ensuring it accurately reflects services such as thermal scanning, testing and tagging, and data communications. • Oversee the company’s social media presence, developing engaging content to build audience engagement and generate qualified leads. • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and email newsletters. • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.• Manage the marketing budget and report on return on investment (ROI) for campaigns. Skills and Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing specialist or similar role (experience in the trade, construction, or services industry is highly regarded). • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media management, and Google Analytics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a B2B audience. • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM software is advantageous. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
