What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Dulux Trade Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and reactivating dormant trade accounts across the Western Melbourne Metro Region. You’ll engage daily with trade painters, both in person and by phone, to uncover sales opportunities, generate leads, and provide tailored solutions that address their business needs, including estimating, quoting, cost management, productivity, and marketing. You’ll build and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with individual accounts, while keeping local trade and inspiration stores informed of trade painter activity. You’ll also represent Dulux’s trusted, market-leading brands, ensuring your customers receive the highest level of service and support.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Proven skills in new business development and account management
  • Track record of achieving sustained sales growth and financial success
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets
  • Previous trade or sales experience is a plus
