We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Receptionist Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Melbourne, CBD!

THE POSITION

  • Deliver and uphold a premium standard of corporate customer service for all staff and visitors
  • Oversee day-to-day reception operations, ensuring seamless organization and efficiency
  • Manage and support reception staff, including onboarding and induction of new team members
  • Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and operational coordination
  • Consistently exceed guest service expectations and maintain brand excellence

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar lead/supervisor role
  • A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
  • Advanced Microsoft suite experience and strong administration background
  • A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
  • Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
