We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to fill our Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Support Officer) role, supporting our BlueCare recruitment team. In this role you will
- Support the Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and recruitment tasks, operating within a high-volume environment
- Provide engaging, candidate focussed support and pro-active follow ups throughout the pre-employment check process
- Closely monitor pre-employment checks, compiling documentation and confirming compliance requirements are met
- Utilise tracking tools such as excel and Workday platform to manage a high volume of candidates through pre-employment checks
What makes a difference for us?
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administration environment, ideally in Recruitment or HR
- Strong customer service and communication skills, ensuring our candidates are well supported throughout the recruitment process
- High level of organisation with strong computer skills, specifically in excel and other Microsoft programs
- Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements within Talent Acquisition
