About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Griffin, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Create engaging learning experiences that support children's growth and development

✨ Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

✨ Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs

✨ Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment

✨ Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

✔ Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
