Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)
Salary package: $98,387 – $113,252 per annum, plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Continuing

Position overview

The Student Retention Coordinator will work within the new Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) Division under the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. SEEM is responsible for the administrative support of students throughout the student lifecycle, from when an offer is accepted through to the completion of their studies. The role forms part of the Transition and Retention team, and reports to the Manager, Transition and Retention.

The Student Retention Coordinator will work closely with team members and key stakeholders to design and deliver activities that support the retention of domestic and international students at ANU. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape new retention initiatives, build productive stakeholder relationships, and apply and further develop their data analysis and interpretation skills.
