Join the B&PB, C&IB, & COO Sourcing team, (supporting the Business & Private Bank, Corporate & Institutional Bank, and Chief Operating Office) and lead strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver commercial value, simplify processes and strengthen supplier outcomes. Partnering closely with the business, you’ll drive market-leading service arrangements while embedding governance, risk and compliance into every decision.

As a Senior Consultant, Strategic Sourcing you will join the B&PB, C&IB, & COO Sourcing team that’s doubling down on customer obsession*.*

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of key suppliers while nurturing strong partnerships with existing vendors to meet the evolving needs of the bank
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies that leverage market insights to deliver cost savings and enhance value for the business division
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and align sourcing strategies with divisional objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of procurement processes
  • Proactively assess supplier risks and implement robust strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring continuity and reliability in the supply chain
  • Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, driving excellence in procurement processes

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships at a senior level
  • Proven ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across various levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and industry trends is highly desirable
