At IAG, we’re ready for you. We're the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. Our family of brands turns the IAG purpose of making your world a safer place into action by helping everyday Aussies and New Zealanders, supporting their ambitions and making insurance accessible.

Join a team at a pivotal stage of its evolution and help shape the way work gets done. As an Iteration Manager, you'll bring structure, momentum and clarity to a team delivering a mix of technology enhancements, operational initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities. You'll work closely with product owners, engineers and stakeholders to keep delivery moving, remove roadblocks and create an environment where people can do their best work. This is a great opportunity to influence ways of working, build agile capability and help a growing team deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

This is a 12-month, max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops and planning activities that help the team stay aligned, focused and on track to deliver value.

• Partner with delivery managers, product owners and stakeholders to refine priorities, shape user stories and maintain a healthy, well understood backlog.

• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and proactively identify risks to keep delivery moving smoothly across multiple initiatives.

• Coach team members and stakeholders on agile practices, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and sustainable delivery outcomes.

• Monitor progress, communicate updates and provide clear visibility of delivery plans, priorities and outcomes to key stakeholders.

• Champion team culture by creating an environment where people feel supported, engaged and empowered to contribute their best work.

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading agile delivery within a technology or digital team environment.

• Confidence facilitating conversations, workshops and ceremonies with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to translate ideas into clear, value focused user stories and priorities.

• Understanding of software delivery, technical dependencies and the broader development lifecycle.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping teams grow and improve.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams.

• Curiosity, positivity and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working constructively.

What We Offer

• Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.

• 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).

• Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.

• Partner discounts on private health insurance, tech & appliances, and many more.

• Access to LinkedIn Learning, the award-winning IAG Academy, study assistance and secondment opportunities.
